Tropical Spice Garden is home to more than 500 species of flora and fauna, with a special focus on spices and herbs. In this cooking class, generationally taught home cooks will share treasured family recipes, as well as tips and tricks for producing the authentic, spice-laden cuisine of Southeast Asia. Child policy:
Children under 8 years are not permitted to join the cooking class for safety reasons.
Children 8-14 years cannot cook independently, and must be assigned to share the work station with a parent or guardian.
Children 15-18 years will be charged as an adult if they occupy their own workstation.
